Sportswear designer turned PT, Hannah is in training to be the next tomb raider. When she’s not with her clients, you’ll find her climbing, practicing her Pilates and Yoga, or in her wetsuit braving the Cornish sea. Her coaching balances elements of HIIT, Strength and Pilates-inspired movements, with a focus on lengthening, sculpting and defining.

She believes that personal goals can be achieved whilst still doing the things you love. Her continual research into nutrition and delicious recipes, as well as technical, yet friendly approach to exercise will give you a deep understanding of health and wellness, but more importantly, your own body.
