Using a Tabata style timer with 20 seconds of high intensity exercise and a short 10 second recovery, this is definitely of our toughest but more popular classes. The great thing about our Tabata classes is every instructor combines their own personal style and structure with the Tabata timer. You will need to bring your A game to the Tabata classes!
